In your little pack you should find some yarn, some cute kitten knitting needles and patterns for knitting a flower.  If you've knitted before you can just crack on with making your own flower pop of joy.  If you're just starting out we think these youtubers are ace!

We've started with the idea of knitting flowers, but if you want to go with another design or create your own 'pop of joy' knit feel free to!

When you've completed a knit we'd love to see it and to share it!  If you're happy to take a photo of it and send it to us by email, or through our social media platforms that would be amazing.

Next, display your knit somewhere it will bring you or others joy! Maybe you might want to post something you've made to a friend, or hang it in your window.

Lastly, keep knitting!  We've started you off but there are so many people making beautiful wool right now.  Order some of your own choice and plan your own joyful project.  Knitting can help you relax and unwind, and in a world that feels a bit out of sync that can be an important thing in itself.
