SoulCare

We think it's so good that people are more & more talking openly about wellbeing &
self-care.  For us, at Faith & Reflection, we're keen to create & signpost people to ways
to nourish & look after your spirituality too - what we like to call 'SoulCare'.  We do that
in a variety of ways; sometimes through our programmed events and activities
(for example yoga & meditation), sometimes by being conversation partners for those
who are looking for soul accompaniment, and also providing hints and tips for people's
self-directed 
discovery.  We're popped a couple of those here, but we'll
add more as we have them (check out our social media platforms for updates!);

We're also looking at finding ways to help people to connect with social justice projects & campaigns which seek to offer 'soulcare' to others.  One of the many gifts we have from faith traditions is their engagement with promoting justice.  Look out for for how you can get involved in making the world a better place!
